Job Summary

Our company is looking for a competent Corporate CEO. The Corporate CEO will take reign of the Corporate Group ( which consists of more than 8 product lines)and steer the company towards its strategic aspirations by working closely with the founder of the company.
Job Description

         Lead the internal and external business environment analysis to understand trends and identify potential challenges and opportunities.

         Lead and coordinate strategy development activities.

         Oversee Company business performance and identify improvement opportunities based on business intelligence.

         Facilitate communication and cascade company goals to operating units and track performance.

         Facilitate development of annual plans and budgets. 

         Lead the design of target performance levels, identify performance gaps and propose changes.

         Drive implementation of strategic decisions /initiatives.

         Drive evaluation and prioritization of strategic initiatives - translating business strategy into manageable initiatives and scoping out the business case and journey plan.

         Maintain oversight of all Company programs and effectively manage the portfolio, prioritize resources and track process.

         Monitor and report implementation of identified initiatives and results.

         Design and oversee the building process of strong business intelligence capability and support other functional units to leverage value from business intelligence. 

         Do regular “checkpoints” at which the benefits and results of the initiatives are reviewed to understand their impact on the realization of the business strategy.

         Drive investment planning, program strategy and vision, budget management support.

         Manage the execution of projects and initiatives to ensure successful delivery within time and budget.

         Oversee budget management, communications management (change management), integration management, project procurement management, project resource.

         Manage risk & issue management, schedule management, scope management, project quality management.

         Conduct post project analysis to extract learning points. 

         Provide tools & methods, enterprise program and project reporting formats.

Job Qualifications

·        Education Qualification: Masters degree in Business Management or in other similar disciplines.

·        Work Experience: A minimum of 12 + (twelve) years of demonstrated work experience with at least 4 years working as a CEO in established national or multi-national firm.

·        Experience of working in a holding/corporate business entity.

·        Experience in a multinational company is highly preferred.

·        Experience in leading large scale change management efforts and corporate restructuring.

·        Sound understanding of business and industries in Ethiopia and abroad.

·        Excellent communication skills.

·        Excellent leadership skill.

·        Able to maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

·        Takes initiative, adaptive, and willing to teach and mentor.

·        Experience in a Holding/corporate structured business entity is valued.

·        Solid skill in Microsoft Office Suite.

·        Fluency in Amharic, English & Affan Oromo written and verbal is highly required.
