Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead the building and maintaining of relationships with customers and partners.
• Develop various tools, programs and methods for the sales teams to generate new customer.
• Leverage communication and marketing tools to approach potential customers and establish relationships.
• Utilize upselling and cross-selling opportunities through the sales team, if any.
• Promote high-quality sales and relationship processes.
• Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities.
• Monitor and assess activities of competitors to proactively satisfy and exceed expectations of customers.
• Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation of the business.
• Resolve any customer complaints and inquires in a prompt and professional manner.
Job Qualification
● Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Management or in other related fields of study.
● Work Experience: A minimum of 6+ years of professional experience as Sales and Relationship Management.
● A proven track record in Real Estate sector is preferred
● Good communication skills
● Excellent client/customer management skills.
