Currently, Horra Corporate Group is led by the CEO, Mr. Adm Kedir, and by qualified and experienced professionals, with 550 permanent staff members and 800 temporary workers working in the corporate office and in different business units.

Our company is would like to hire a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our company automotive sales and marketing efforts.  

Position Summary

To maximize profitability of the company and enhance customer satisfaction by leading the vehicle sales operations.

Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Lead and guide a team of sales people to drive vehicle sell. 

  • Set sales goals & quotas and build sales plan.

  • Analyze data and Allocate area/territory to sales representatives.

  • Coordinate and control vehicle order cycle.

  • Review and recommend markets, prospect, and site selection for expanding dealer operations.

  • Manage the process of Dealer selection, on-boarding, renewal, and termination.

  • Lead technical training and support programs to dealers.

  • Anticipate demand and place orders to logistics.

  • Create a customer centric culture.

  • Establish and maintain a process at all stages that meets the after-sale service requirements of the company. 

  • Perform other duties as requested.

Job Qualification

  • Education Qualification:

  • MSc/MA in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Masters of Business Administration, Management, Marketing Management or BSc/BA in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Management, Marketing Management or in other related disciplines.

  • Work Experience & Competency:

  • At least 6 (six) years of work experience with a managerial experience of at least 3 (three) years for applicants with MSc credential or at least 8 (eiht) years with a minimum managerial experience of 6 (six) years for candidates with an education credential of BSc/BA.

  • Experience in automotive sector is mandatory.

  • Demonstrated success in selling and marketing automotive products.

·        Proven managerial/leadership experience in a well-established automotive firm.
