Purpose of the Job:
The Trainee Cashier will assist in handling day-to-day cash transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team in ensuring smooth cash operations. This position is designed to train and prepare the individual for a full-time Cashier role.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily cash collection and payments under supervision.
Record all financial transactions accurately in the cash register or accounting system.
Support in reconciling daily cash balances and preparing cash reports.
Assist with bank deposits and withdrawals when required.
Provide excellent customer service during cash handling and payment activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Diploma or BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Good communication and numerical skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
