manufacturing, technology, real estate development and transit and forwarding.
Currently, Horra Corporate Group is led by the CEO, Mr. Adm Kedir, and by
qualified and experienced professionals, with 550 permanent staff members and
800 temporary workers working in the corporate office and in different business
units.

We are currently looking for a young professionals who majored in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and in other related disciplines to train and assume key roles within our PP Tech industry.
Position Summary
The company manufacturing young professional program is supposed to develop high caliber young professionals in the manufacturing areas. The program will provide a hands-on experience for young professionals in the company Propylene Technology Factory. Participants will develop technical and leadership skills, and prepare for future key roles within the company.
Job Description:
- Assist senior professionals in daily operations, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Support production, quality control, and maintenance teams in optimizing factory performance.
- Contribute to process improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations on assigned projects and tasks.
- Work across Departments to understand key functions of the factory.
· Gain hands-on experience in different departments through rotational assignments.
· Work on real-time projects to develop industry-specific skills.
Job Qualification
- Education Qualification: Bachelor (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering or in other highly related discipline from a reputable education institution.
